We deliver all subscription fulfillments on Thursdays, generally between 4:00 and 8:00PM. You’ll get a text when your order is out for delivery with a more precise ETA based on that day’s route. Make sure to include your cell phone number when you sign up so that we can text you with delivery updates.
Your setup fee includes a small, reusable cooler and an allotment of dry ice. Make sure to put your cooler outside your door so we can put your order in it, with a bit of dry ice to keep it cold.
Dry ice will keep your order frozen for several hours, but it isn’t a solution for overnight. So, if you won’t be home at all on Thursday, make sure to pause your subscription for 1 fulfillment. Please make sure to do so by the Wednesday before your next Thursday delivery; otherwise, we can’t ensure that we’ll hold it for you.
Yes, you can change the flavors you choose for each and every fulfillment. You can’t switch plans within your commitment period, but you can change to a different plan at the end of the commitment. Also, you can always add pops and/or pints to your order if you need to mix it up a bit!
Yes! You can give a subscription as a gift! Look for the ‘This is a gift option’ on the checkout page.
Yes, you can pause your plan at any time for 1 or 2 fulfillments within your commitment period. Skipped fulfillments will be added on to the end of your subscription to complete your commitment period.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your commitment period.
We do all of our deliveries ourselves to ensure the best quality of your tasty treats. We don’t, unfortunately, ship at this time but we are considering it. Shoot us an email here and tell us where you’re located. We’ll make sure to let you know if we offer that service in the future!
No, unfortunately the loyalty and subscription systems are on separate platforms and don't integrate with each other. But, our subscription pricing matches your loyalty discount so you won't miss out on your preferred pricing deal!
